[FaithTag ] How to find the printer's serial number (SN) ?

There are two ways to access the SN of the printer: Connecting to "FaithTag" app or Printing a self-test page.

1. Option1: Connecting to "FaithTag" App to access SN.

  1. Open the "FaithTag" App.
  2. Tap the printer icon in the upper left corner to search for and connect the printer.


2. Option2: Print a self-test page to access SN

  1. Ensure that you are using thermal printing paper (you can verify this through the packaging or the product listing).
  2. Confirm that you have loaded the printing paper correctly (the thermal-sensitive side of the paper should be facing the print head directly).
  3. Power on ther printer, double-click the power button to print a self-test page. It should print as shown below.
